Coal train derails in Port Arthur

A train carrying coal derailed Friday, causing caused major backups in Port Arthur as coal spilled onto tracks.

Workers have since cleaned the coal from the tracks. Police tonight are urging drivers to find another route to help ease congestion in that area.
