Cancellation Policy:

  • Refund requests will be honored if received in writing by April 13, 2011. All refunds will be subject to a $50 processing fee.

  • Cancellations received after April 13, 2011 and "no shows" are subject to the full registration fee.

  • Substitutions may be made by notifying the conference event manager in writing or in person at the registration desk.
