Inside the Maersk McKinney Moeller, the world's biggest container ship (slide show)
The Maersk McKinney Moeller — 1,312 feet long, 194 feet wide, and weighing 55,000 tons empty — is the world's largest container ship and has the ability to carry 18,000 TEUs.
The ship's owner, A.P. Moeller-Maersk, has 19 more Triple-E class vessels on order over the next two years, at a cost of $185 million each.
