Port of Seattle launches new website

The Port of Seattle announced the launch of its new website with a design the Puget Sound seaport describes as featuring "more intuitive navigation."

The port said in a statement that the website – www.portseattle.org - features current flight information at Seattle-Tacoma Airport, a new photo gallery, drop-down menus, in addition to slide shows and videos.

"Simple and to the point," said Port of Seattle CEO Tay Yoshitani. "That's what our website visitors are looking for, and our team is delivering with a concise new website that I think is informative, efficient and engaging," he said.

The port says the updated website design is configured for smart phone and mobile Internet browsing.
