Take a peek at world's largest semi-submersible cargo transport ship (video link)

Below is a link to an animated video that shows what is claimed to be world's largest semi-submersible vessel, the Blue Marlin.

The 712-foot-long ship can carry up to 75,000 tons, has a deck the size of two football fields.

The deck is submersible and can be lowered 13 meters under the waters surface where the cargo is floated into position before the deck raises by emptying its ballast tank.
