Cargotec delivers 17 electric forklifts to Ford

Cargotec announced in a statement Thursday its delivery of 17 electric forklifts from its Kalmar ECF50-90 - Pro Future(TM) brand to Ford Motor Company.

One Kalmar ECF90-6 and two ECF70-6 models were received at Ford's Craiova Assembly plant in Romania in April and 14 forklifts will be sent to Ford’s Cologne, Germany factory next month.

The Kalmar zero-emissions, all-electric forklift series, can handle from 5-to-9-ton loads.
