Tuesday, May 1, 2012 Identec gets NavisReadyPort and terminal software provider Identec Solutions announced it has become a NavisReady partner. According to a statement released by Identec, NavisReady "is an initiative designed for technology partners to test and certify that their solutions are compatible and integrates seamlessly with the Navis terminal operating system." Identec describes its software offerings as including identification, location, and sensing technologies that "enables ports and terminals to automate operational processes and control complex business events live and in real time."
