How to recycle a Maersk Triple-E ship (video)

A video recently published by shipping giant Maersk Line features an animation demonstrating how to effectively recycle a Triple-E ship.

European Union ship owners are calling for an approval of the 2009 Hong Kong Convention, which is aimed at making sure that ships do not pose any unnecessary human and environmental risks after they are recycled.

In the video, a Maersk employee explains how additional equipment was required to implement the waterborne paint and about staff training and testing of the recycling effort.
